In case you don’t know, here are some details about me:
I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist and Fitness Boot Camp Instructor. I am also an amateur boxer and most importantly (to me) a highly decorated and motivated United States Marine!
I grew up in Ventura County – near Thousand Oaks, CA – where I joined the US Marine Corps and served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Upon completing my tour of duty in 2006 I decided I really wanted to continue my work with physical fitness and performance. So, I got the best Personal Training Certification available through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and was on my way.
I have helped hundreds of people in and around Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley achieve their health, fitness and weight loss goals. This extensive fitness background, coupled with my military experience allow me to leverage a variety of training techniques to assist my clients in reaching every goal no matter how big or small!
